The opening of the borders of Eastern European countries led many Western companies to operate in their most important cities. Hence the consequent demand in these places for high quality buildings and spaces. The biggest problem the firm had to face was, especially at the beginning, finding local workers and companies capable of meeting the requirements, shipping and installing building and plant materials that could not be found locally, and dealing with different logistical and regulatory realities. In this sense, the experience gained during those years and in those countries should be considered. The results were interesting in absolute terms, as witnessed by the Moscow intervention, which was delivered completed and set up in February 1993 and was at that time among the few western buildings in the city.
The intervention was published in ABITARE magazine no. 333.
The building covers an area of 1300 square metres.
