Milan, Italy - Executive project of Cerved offices (in partnership with C&W) - 2009

The project is located inside the Palazzo Savoia Assicurazioni e Riassicurazioni, a 10-storey building with a total of 5600 square metres.

The design of these offices allowed us to work in a building designed by Gio Ponti.
The floor plan is free and articulated with no apparent logic, as it has no right angles, yet it is architecturally elegant and still fully efficient.
More than fifty years after its conception, this space is capable of perfectly accommodating the functional needs of a contemporary office. This is done without waste and by allowing different modules that break up, without the need for invention, the repetitiveness often associated with open space.
The impertinent elegance of this building is a reminder of how much the best contemporary architecture is owed to this extraordinary architect.
