Lisbon, Portugal - Preliminary project for FIAT Flagship Store (in partnership with C&W) - 2007

Based on the criteria developed for the FIAT Flagship Store concept in Agnano, this first attempt to apply it to the headquarter in Lisbon, in the industrial area called Alfragide, demonstrates how the elements designed for the new building can be inserted into the most heterogeneous contexts.
An old, very large shed-roofed building separated by two neighbouring sales blocks were brought together to create a single complex.
The space between the two blocks has become a large atrium, created with a canopy and a large central glazed roof. This eye-catching element is on axis with the street and is intended for the display of cars. On the right are the sales offices and, on the left, the shed with its workshops conceals the large parking area for cars waiting to be sold. At the bottom of the lot is a play area for children and a kart track, with a recognisable design, to entertain the older ones.
