Industrial prefabrication and image architecture for an industrial and customer relations centre, this is the theme addressed in an expanding technology hub in Dubai.
The architecture is light and horizontal, the ground floor of the customer area is transparent and set back. Light filters through thin windows and a sheltered inner courtyard. A long double-height gallery separates the relationship area from the industrial area. The scheme allows for quality and articulation of space with a simple construction logic appropriate to the site.
The surface of the manufacturing area amounts to 16,000 square metres, while the CTC (Customer Technical Centre) and office area is 6.000 square metres.
