Recovery and renovation of an industrial building, formerly F.lli Branca, in via Lancetti in Milan, consisting of an above ground floor, a basement and four underground floors for a total of approx. 7.000 square meters to be used as self-storage. The project involved the redistribution of the internal spaces, the construction of prefabricated boxes, the refurbishment of the mechanical systems, the distribution of utilities, the elevation and the new automated access doors, following the concept of the client company.
All internal and external accesses and routes have been redesigned in compliance with VVF regulations.
The project involved the construction of a new pedestrian access to the reception, a ramp for disabled access and the external accommodation of the green areas and parking.
For the loading/unloading areas of goods, the existing overturns for trucks and new lifting platforms for hand goods have been reused.
The graphics of the signs and the colors of the products have been adapted to the already consolidated image of the company.
