The architectural and functional redevelopment of the building provides a new logic of accesses to allow separate marketing among several tenants and a rationalisation of the interior spaces for greater flexibility and adaptability to different needs. Without significant structural changes, the fronts have been treated differently depending on exposure by creating or omitting sunshade frames around the windows. On the main south-west façade facing the square, a second skin has been provided made of a metal structure crossed by staves placed horizontally and of different widths according to a logic that allows protection from direct sunlight and a view of the outside.
