Feasibility study for the reconversion of an industrial area of about 90.000 square metres, characterised by the presence of a large pre-existing reservoir.
Given the area’s strong agricultural vocation, the project envisages the location of a university department of agriculture in the large central building, which is recovered and radically redistributed inside, also envisaging artisan and commercial activities.
The external areas are laid out as green squares for leisure time and areas for sports activities.
