Preliminary project for VIP S.P.A. new settlement for the construction of a logistics centre for a total of approx. 170.000 square meters of warehouses and 20.000 square meters of private parking.
The intervention involves the connection of the new internal road network with the provincial road that crosses the lots of properties and a proposal for a new internal railway track to be connected with the neighbouring railway network.
