The project concerned a residential complex located on a hill overlooking the sea in Sierra Blanca.
The interiors of the main representative building, the Majlis, have been redesigned, with decorated floors and ceilings, of the two-storey annex located in the upper part of the hill and all the green areas and the steps connecting the two buildings, equipped with a small artificial waterfall.
The pre-existing characters of the Moorish architecture, typical of the area, were underlined by a system of external decorations made with graffiti technique and wooden treillages to complement the architecture of the annex, otherwise rather essential and unrepresentative.
As an expansion of the open living area towards the sea, the project includes a large covered terrace with a decorated iron pergola.
