Collaboration on the project for the complete renovation of an office building with a total area of approx. 8.000 square metres.
Before the intervention, the building did not present any significant stylistic features; therefore a radical re-styling intervention was planned through the demolition of the external fronts and the realisation of a new semi-structural glass and aluminium curtain wall.
The internal load-bearing structure was maintained and emphasised through a strong colouring of the building, which is wrapped in the new glass curtain wall for the entire height between the plastered mezzanine floor and the roof.
To crown the building, a canopy-roofing was planned with the dual intent of making the existing terrace usable even during periods of strong sunlight and to conclude the building with an architectural element that would reinforce its identity.
